Burried in boxes!

I've got nothing new to show! We're in the middle of moving this week and will post something next week. I know I have a few things saved on the computer to share, but my head just isn't there right now! We've sold our house and are moving into a rental for a few months while we build a new house (hubby is in construction). The girls think this is absolutely fabulous! They love the fact that they get 3 different rooms within a 6 month period! Oh to be kids......

More card stack cards

Here are the last 2 cards from the card stack. The first one is a tent card. The scallop at the top of the tent is made by sliding the paper through the scallop oval nestabilities and cutting only one side. I then used the crop-o-dile to puch a hole in each scallop. The window card was inspired by this card on Nicholes blog. It has a window cut out with nestabilities and velum behind it. The velum was stamped before it was attached to the card. Enjoy! I'm off to pack some more boxes....Isn't moving fun! Tommorow I'll show you a cute gift bag to carry the card stack cards....perfect for a gift!

Be Happy from the card stack

The pink background on this one was stamped with versamark and embossed to add a subtle texture. The circle and scallop circle were cut out with nestabilities. A little bling in the centre of the flowers makes this card sparkle!

Another from the card stack class

This is another card from my card stack class. It is super simple. I used the corner rounder to round the corners including the corners of the card. The scallop circle was cut with nestabilities and the holes in the scallops are made with the crop-o-dile. Stamp the image, stick the layers together and voila! A super simple card!

Card stack class

I did a card stack class last week. Here's one of the cards we made. I'll share some more tommorow (can't spend too much time here...I need to be packing boxes;) )We used 2 Hero Arts clear stamp sets called: CL151 – Share Laughter,CL150 – Heartfelt Messages and Basic Grey's Two Scoops paper. I just love that paper and all the colors in it! This super simple card has 3 panels with the flower stamped on each and some bling in the centre of each. The oval and scallop oval with the sentiment was cut out with nestabilities.

Elzybells and copics!

I finally had time to sit down and try out my copics yesterday! They are so much fun to play with! I joined one of Gina K's copic clubs in December. So far I only have 12, but after playing with them I can't wait till more arrive! It's so exciting to not even know which set is arriving this month! They work perfect with these super CUTE Elzybells stamps....Love those little girls!

Super Quick Cards

I made these super quick and simple cards this week. They are 4 1/4 x 4 1/4. They are embossed with nestabilities and colored with ink and blender pens. I made them to have on hand. the stamp set is Playful Animals by Hero Arts! I love it! It's so cute and easy to use!

Julies Color Concoction #3

Finally getting around to posting this. It is JCC03 from Julies Blog, it uses Wild Wasabi, Bordering Blue and Pumpkin Pie. The layout is a sketch from Jen Del Muro's blog

Jacobs Ladder

I taught a class how to make a Jacobs ladder album last week. The butterfly on the front is stamped onto Velum, set aside to dry and them cut out and dusted with perfect pearls. You can find a picture tutorial over here on SCS! The Butterfly Stamp is from See D's and the dellight in life stamp is from Stampin' Up! I printed my pics in a 2" x 3" size in Sepia.

Julies Color Concoction #2

I got this done on the day Julie posted it, but for some reason I've procrastinated posting it! Oh Yeah....beacause we're moving at the end of march and I've been packing to *try* to avoid the last minute throw everything in a box and label it "misc stuff"! It uses Rose Red, Pretty in Pink and Chocolate Chip.
